Build around real need.

Every product, formulation, and educational piece begins with a specific population's actual gap — surfaced through patient organizations, clinicians, and lived experience. Never from a generic wellness brief. If a product cannot be defended in front of the people it is designed for, we do not ship it.

Evidence-based

Every claim, formulation, and recommendation is anchored in peer-reviewed research and named sources. If we cannot cite it, we do not say it.

Principle 03

Transparency

Full disclosure on formula, sourcing, and independent test results. The data we generate — including the public copper-content database we are building — belongs to the patient community.

Long-term over launch

A rare-disease community deserves multi-year commitment, not a campaign cycle. We measure ourselves in patient outcomes and continuity of support, not quarterly product releases.
